I am a maker, creative person, goldsmith, and artist. Creativity has always been in my nature: From a young age I've drawn, tinkered, and made things. I love working with metals, but sometimes I can't help myself and grab brushes and paint or some wood, textiles or whatever else I can get my hands on. It's sometimes challenging for me to focus on one project at a time so usually I have several on my workbench.
A bit of history: I studied goldsmithing in Schoonhoven, where my fascination for metals grew. I discovered how smithing isn't that different from working with clay; I learned about gemstones and how to use them. Then I went on, exploring techniques and materials for myself.

I started in a corner of my living room, then moved to a small workspace (seen on the right). Then a couple of years ago I made the move to a beautiful workspace with lots of sunlight and more room for my beloved tools and machines. It's my dream to someday have a huge workspace, maybe with people working for me, but for now I'm very happy here.

Besides bespoke pieces, I also create designs independently. Sometimes I make just one or a small series; other times I make more.
A unique piece of jewelry for your beloved; a piece to remember someone, or an accomplishment; or just something pretty to wear to a party: There are many reasons to have a piece of jewelry made just for you. I'm always willing to see what I can do within your budget.
Jewelry repair
It gives me satisfaction to restore a beloved piece of jewelry to glory. Whether it's an heirloom like grandma's diamond ring, or a simple souvenir from that holiday you enjoyed so much, I love being able to restore it for you.
If you have pieces of jewelry you never wear any more because it's just not your style, not your size, or otherwise not you, I can help make the materials into something you will wear with joy.
Regardless of what you come to me for, I'll always try to give you honest information and the best advice I can.
